Option 1: Delete Your Account Through the App
You can delete your account directly within the Gym Genius app by following these steps:
- Open the Gym Genius app
- Tap on "Profile" in the bottom navigation bar
- Select "Settings" in the top-right corner
- Scroll all the way down to the bottom
- Tap on "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision when prompted
Note: For security reasons, you may need to re-enter your password to confirm account deletion.
Option 2: Request Account Deletion via This Form
If you prefer, you can submit a request to delete your account using the form below:
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you delete your Gym Genius account:
- Your account credentials and authentication information will be permanently deleted
- Your personal profile information will be permanently deleted
- All your workout history, fitness data, and personalized settings will be permanently deleted
- You will no longer have access to any premium features you previously purchased
- Your data will be completely removed from our systems within 30 days
Note: If you have an active subscription, you'll need to cancel it separately through the App Store or Google Play Store, as we cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

Will deleting my account cancel my subscription?
No. If you have an active subscription, you need to cancel it separately through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Deleting your account will not automatically cancel your subscription.
How long does it take to process a deletion request?
Deletion requests submitted through the app are processed immediately. For requests submitted via this form, we'll process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email.
Can I recover my account after deletion?
No. Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover any of your data. The deletion is permanent and irreversible.
What if I change my mind after requesting deletion?
If you submitted a request via this form and haven't received a confirmation of deletion yet, please contact us immediately at support@thegymgenius.com to cancel your request.
